At Pyramid Healthcare at Mountaineer we will be specializing in Substance Use Disorder treatment. We have been in operations since 1999 and currently operate over 80 programs in 8 different states, offering a full continuum of high-quality behavioral health care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and other behavioral health issues. Hourly Rate: $17-$20/hour (based on education/experience)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support of admissions process by verifying all consents are signed and admissions processes are completed for each admission
• Conducts client and family orientation with primary therapist
• Provides case management services to include coordinating transportation needs, providing referral and aftercare provider contact, addressing outside provider needs, facilitating groups to support clinical services provided
• Collaborate with referral sources for assessments throughout treatment as needed
• Collaborate with treatment team to ensure client engagement in appointments/aftercare planning
• Ensuring each client has an aftercare plan developed in collaboration with the treatment team/referral sources/funding sources
• Other duties as assigned

Education, Licensure, & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services related field; minimum of 2 years of post degree, direct care experience with population services
• Bachelor’s degree in a non-human services related field; minimum of 4 years of post degree, direct care experience with the population served.
